Return & Exchange Conditions
Our returns policy lasts for 7 days after you receive our products. If 7 days has elapsed since your purchase, we encourage you to reach out and contact us in order for us to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to apply for an exchange or refund?
To complete your COCONESIA.ID return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of items ( if they were damaged or defective) send to our email firstname.lastname@example.org. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Please, bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, we will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
If you are approved, then your exchange/ refund will be processed.
On sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
